Are turnovers a choice?

Do the teams you wager on choose to turn the ball over or is it God's will? Is it a choice to let a kick returner run right up the middle and screw you outta many units? I believe they are born that way and have no choice. It is predetermined that I will get screwed on about 40 something percent of the games I wager on. hno:
